1. Sign into your PG&E account
If you don’t have a PG&E online account, click here to create one.
2. Once you log in, click on “View Usage Details”
3. Then, click on Green Button – Download my Data
The Green Button is located on the bottom right of the page.
4. Fill out the Download my data form
When you click the Green Button, a form will appear. Please fill out the form like below:
5. Click EXPORT & send us “DailyUsageData.zip”
