We assure high-quality solar and battery installations every time with our cohesive team. The process begins when you sign your contract with our exceptional project management team that will champion your project to its completion. Clean Solar customer service will guide you through the project from start to finish.
Your site analyst visits your home to evaluate your roof and electrical to create the optimal system for your needs. All of our site analysts are equipped to get on your roof, when possible, ensuring we create an accurate proposal.
After you sign your contract, project management are with you every step of the way through your installation design, permitting and all planning of your installation. This process on average can take 6-10 weeks.
Once all planning is complete, your installation will take place. Your installation will likely take 1-2 days with our well-trained installer team.
After installation is complete, we will set a date for your city to inspect your solar system and approve all aspects of the installation meet code requirements.
Your project manager will submit all required documents to your local utility company. Once the documents are approved, your meter will be remotely upgraded and you will be officially be able to use your solar system. This process can up to a few weeks.
While your grid interconnection is taking place, we will also schedule a day for your site analyst to visit your home one last time to answer any remaining questions you may have about your system.
